Patricia Stewart, LPC
Professional Counselor
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I am dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults and families through life’s challenges. Over the years, I have helped young clients navigate anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns and difficult transitions, while also guiding adults and families through trauma, relationship struggles and personal growth. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy and strength-based approaches, and with children, I often integrate play and creative techniques that help them feel safe expressing themselves.
I believe that every person, regardless of age, has unique strengths and resilience. My role is to walk alongside you or your child as you uncover those strengths, learn healthier ways of coping and build confidence in moving forward. My clients can expect authenticity, warmth, and understanding in each session, along with a commitment to helping them feel heard and valued.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy RV travel, volunteering as a camp host, kayaking, riding my motorcycle, spending time in nature, and time with my family and dogs.
