Annie Ortiz, MA

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and have experience working with anxiety, depression, familial trauma, and eating disorders.  I utilize the following therapeutic modalities: Psychodynamic, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Central to my approach is the creation of a welcoming environment where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. I believe that fostering a safe and nurturing space is essential for healing and growth. My goal is to empower clients to explore their emotions, confront obstacles, and embark on a journey toward wellness.

I am passionate about helping individuals overcome their struggles and regain control of their lives. It would be a privilege to work with you on your path to well-being.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs and baking homemade desserts!
